ABOUT ME

Hello ♡ I'm Mya, a self taught artist.
I love to draw cute humanoids and adoptables.I got my first drawing tablet in 2019 and been drawing since then. I started off with the small wacom tablet because I didn't know anything about digital art back then. Now I currently own a Ugee M708 Graphics tablet and I use Clip Studio Paint for all of my artworks. I find digital art to be extremely fulfilling and rewarding but sometimes I do be giving up and struggling.Because I am the biggest introverted person, digital art has become my home. I feel loved and appreciated in the art community!! ♡Thank you to anyone who has supported me along my journey to being an artist!!

GENERAL T.O.S

‣ All art is for personal use only.‣ Commercial use not accepted.‣ Do not steal, claim, copy, trace, edit, heavily reference, or crop my art in any way shape or form.‣ Please be patient with me as I now have a part-time job. I'm only able to work on your commission on Saturday - Tuesday.‣ Please be also aware when ordering that there are days where I need to take continuous breaks and rest for my mental health.‣ You can use my art as a profile picture, use as a wallpaper on desktop or phone, share to your social medias with proper credit, and upload to your toyhouse and stash to use as a reference.‣ Do not use my art for NFTs/AI.‣ Do not put my artwork into an AI generator.‣ Do not use my art for your merch.‣ I maintain the rights of the artwork itself, you the buyer, contain to use the art but not for copyrights.‣ All artworks come with my watermark logo which is not to be removed.

COMMISSION INFO

‣ You do not have permission to resell any art you commissioned from me directly.‣ Do not include my art when reselling your whole OC even if it comes with extra art.
*This applies to ALL artwork you purchase from me directly unless stated otherwise!
Please make sure to read the rules carefully!‣ You may trade or gift the art for free.‣ When trading, please contact me first to make sure I still have the original file's to make any text/watermark changes.‣ Buyer must pay a $5 text change fee.

‣ Turnaround time is 1 week to 1 month.‣ I can place a hold on your commission for no more than 3 days.‣ I have the right to cancel your commission for personal reasons.‣ You may cancel your commission if I have not started on the sketch or if I haven't receive payment.‣ I have the right to decline your order if I cannot draw the character, or if it's out of my ability.‣ Private commissions will be discussed in dms.‣ If there is a certain deadline you need your commission done by, there will be an additional fee depending on the time frame.‣ You will be updated with progress wips. You can request however many you want but do not pressure me or rush me daily.‣ Click here for my trello to keep track of your commission status/progress.‣ I am change friendly so you can make all the changes necessary in the sketch or flat color stages only. No changes can be made after the final piece.‣ Please make sure to be detailed and specific as possible when filling out the form.‣ I prefer you show me a bunch of references rather than a written paragraph as it's hard for me to remember and picture what exactly you want.‣ I don't have a do/don'ts list but I will let you know if I cannot draw your requests.

PAYMENT INFO

‣ All prices are in USD $$‣ Payments are made via Paypal Invoice‣ All sales are final. No refunds!!‣ You will need to provide your paypal email address.‣ You have 48 hours (2 days) to pay the invoice.‣ You must pay the invoice after approving the sketch.‣ If you need to pay upfront because of an emergency, you must state that in your form.‣ If you do not pay within the time period given, I will make some adjustments and resell your commission as a premade whether it's an OC or not.

ADOPTABLE AND PREMADE/AUCTION T.O.S

‣ Any adopts/premades you purchase directly from me may be turned into an OC unless stated otherwise!‣ You have my permission to resell any adoptables or premade art only if you have kept the artwork for 3 months max and if it comes with extra art. This rule applies only if the adoptable/premade says otherwise. If you come across any adoptables or premades that state "no reselling" then please follow that rule. If I find out you resold an artwork without rights, you will be blocked and blacklisted.‣ You must make the new owner of my premades and adoptables aware of my T.O.S by linking them my carrd.‣ Trading is allowed as long as you don't claim the design and art as your own. Buyer must pay a $5 text change fee for any premade art (applies to resells as well).‣ You may only alter/edit the design if you're using the OC to make it into a closed species. Reach out to me beforehand to get an confirmation approval from both me and the owner of the closed species. Please also make sure to carefully read all terms and conditions as well as the closed species traits. If you decide to have another artist redesign the character you originally bought from me, please make sure to shoot me a message to let me know. I would love to see the designs after finished♡‣ Changes are available for an extra cost. Sometimes you might not be able to change the design or make color changes.
However this will be stated somewhere near the premade/adopt itself.‣ I do not do any holds!!! If claiming any adoptables/premade, you have plenty of time to pay within the 48 hour period. (If it states anywhere such as auction pieces, then this rule doesn't apply)‣ If you do not pay within the time frame given, the adoptable/premade will go back up for sale.
